SHIPPING POLICY

WE CARRY OUT DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

For local purchases (Panama City, Panama) your online purchases (if the article is ready and available) will be sent in a period of 72 hours approximately. The delivery times begin to count from the confirmation of the payment. For payments by credit card, the payment platform must approve the transaction according to the analysis of the data, which may take up to one business day. The delivery within the city will be made through ASAP. They offer a $4 flat rate within Panama City.

For shipments to cities surrounding Panama City, we work with the companies UNO EXPRESS and FLETES CHAVALE who provide a special service to the cities where they have branches.

For international shipments, we work with DHL, which takes between 1 to 2 weeks to deliver our packages.

National shipping days to the outside of the capital are Tuesday and Thursday of each week. International shipping days Tuesday and Thursday of each week.

Leave very clear shipping addresses, including details of Zip Codes, name of streets, and specific points. Any error in the supply of information could delay your shipments or involve the cancellation of them.

REALIZAMOS ENVIOS NACIONALES E INTERNACIONALES:

Para compras locales (Ciudad de Panamá) sus compras On line (siempre que el articulo esté listo y disponible ) serán enviadas en un periodo de 72 horas aproximadamente. Los tiempos de entrega empiezan a contar a partir de la confirmación del pago. Para pagos con tarjeta de crédito, la plataforma de pagos deberá aprobar la transacción de acuerdo con el análisis de los datos, lo cual puede tardar hasta un día hábil. Trabajamos con ASAP para las entregas en la cuidad de Panamá. Ellos ofrecen una tarifa fija de $4 sobre las entregas dentro de la Ciudad de Panama.

Para envíos al interior de Panamá Trabajamos con la compañías UNO EXPRESS y FLETES CHAVALE quienes brindan un servicio especial hasta las ciudades en donde tienen sucursales.

Para envíos internacionales trabajamos con DHL quienes demoran entre 1 a 2 semanas para entregar nuestros paquetes.

***No nos hacemos responsables por demoras en las entregas de sus pedidos imputables a los servicios de compañías de envío***. Días de envío Nacionales al Interior Martes y Jueves de cada semana . Días de envíos internacionales Martes y Jueves de cada semana.

Debe dejar direcciones de envío muy claras. Incluir detalles de Zip Codes, nombre de calles y puntos específicos. Cualquier error en el suministros de información podría retrasar sus envíos o implicar la cancelación de los mismos.

TIENE 24 HORAS PARA HACER CAMBIO DE DIRECCION A UN PAIS AUTORIZADO. SE ESTARAN RECIBIENDO LAS CORRECCIONES VIA EMAIL, DE NO PROCEDER, NO NOS HACEMOS RESPONSABLES POR DEVOLUCIONES DE DINERO NI ENTREGA DE MERCANCIA.

Returns

We do not accept returns of merchandise and shipments, because we work with exclusive jewelry and it is difficult to determine if the pieces have been used or not, so we do not accept returns on our products, except in exceptional cases with notification within 24 hours of receiving the package and factory defects. You can communicate directly to customer service, send a test or photograph of the defective part (as). According to their criteria, each case will be reviewed, and will be CHIC LOVE company who will determine if the piece(s) are eligible for change or return, in case of proceeding we will make changes in the next 2 to 5 business days from the moment we receive the piece in the workshop, NO MONEY RETURNS ARE MADE, ONLY CHANGES IN MERCHANDISE OR PURCHASE VOUCHERS WITHIN THE SAME STORE.

The return costs in the case of proceeding, will always be paid by the buyer. We will not be responsible for parts returned outside of the terms and conditions, nor will we be liable for damages caused in the shipping or return process.

CHIC LOVE will always reserve the right to not make changes or refunds to customers that we believe wish to exceed the limits of the internal rules of the company, which will result in the return of the products in question, running with all risks of The buyer.

IN THE CASE OF CUSTOMIZED AND/OR PERSONALIZED ORDERS (18k gold, 14k gold, gold plate or silver) we require the full payment of the piece - the order and delivery processes can take up to 15 business days depending on the piece and plating process. If we do not respond within that period of time, we will contact you to offer a voucher equivalent to your purchase for other items in the store.

No aceptamos devolución de envíos. Debido a que trabajamos con joyería exclusiva es difícil determinar si las piezas han sido usadas o no, por lo que no aceptamos devoluciones en nuestros productos, salvo en casos excepcionales y notificación dentro de las 24 horas corridas de recibido al paquete y por defectos de fabrica. Puede comunicarse directo al servicio al cliente, enviar una prueba o fotografía de la pieza (as) defectuosas según su criterio, cada caso será revisado, y será la empresa CHIC LOVE quienes determinarán si la pieza(as) son elegibles para cambio o devolución. En caso de proceder realizaremos cambios de 2 a 5 días hábiles desde que recibimos la pieza en taller. NO SE REALIZAN DEVOLUCIONES EN DINERO, SOLO CAMBIOS EN MERCANCIA O VALES DE COMPRA DENTRO DE LA MISMA TIENDA.

Los costos de devolución en el caso de proceder, correrán siempre por cuenta del comprador. No nos haremos responsables por piezas devueltas fuera de los términos y condiciones, tampoco nos haremos responsables por daños causados en el proceso de envío o devolución.

CHIC LOVE se reservará en todo momento el derecho de no realizar cambios o devoluciones a clientes que consideremos desean hacerlo excediendo los limites de las normas internas de la compañía, lo que traerá como resultado la devolución de los productos en cuestión, corriendo con todos los riesgos el comprador.

***NO ACEPTAMOS CAMBIOS NI DEVOLUCIONES DE PIEZAS EN DESCUENTO NI PERSONALIZADAS.***

EN EL CASO DE PEDIDOS PERSONALIZADOS ( oro de 18k, oro de 14k, baño de oro o plata ) requerimos el pago completo de la pieza. Los procesos de pedidos y entrega pueden demorar hasta 15 días hábiles dependiendo del proceso de confección de pieza y baño de oro. De no tener listo su pedido en ese periodo de tiempo nos comunicaremos con usted para ofrecer un vale equivalente a su compra por otros artículos de la tienda.
