Where are you located?

We're based in Panama. Local pickup is available in Punta Pacífico, and we ship nationwide and internationally.

How long does a personalized piece take to make?

It depends on the piece — for example, a personalized name necklace takes about two and a half weeks once you've chosen your typography. Each product page shows its own estimated production time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally via DHL. The rate depends on the destination and the weight of the package — see our Shipping Info and Rates page for details.

Can I return or exchange a piece?

We don't offer money-back returns — only exchanges, and only for factory defects reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Personalized and discounted pieces are not eligible for exchange or return. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Who makes the jewelry?

Britt Batievsky, jewelry designer and goldsmith based in Panama, trained at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and the Colombian School of Fine Jewelry.
